Oh I wish I didn't get such surprises. Here are is a pic before the demolition. 

 My nice kitchen that doesn't show the major water damage that is occurring,  The next picture show what is behind the kitchen sink.

 We've ordered replacment cabents today.  Man they are expencive.  I have cleaned up around the floor aganst the wall.  There was dirt piled up on the original floor boards.  There are roots and lots of dirt that shouldn't be here  There are termites in the mix also.  I'll find how far I have to cut back the floor in a few weeks stay tuned cause this make a this old hous episode look tame.  I would love Normy to come by but I dought that they would want to tackel this one.
